Ghulam Mujtaba, MD

Dr. Ghulam Mujtaba is a board certified gastroenterologist with special interest in advanced therapeutic endoscopy (ERCP) for past seven years. He is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of the conditions of the gastroenterology (The digestive tract from mouth to anus, including stomach, small intestin), and liver, pancreas, gall bladder. He has completed his training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at 'The Brooklyn Hospital Center' NY, an affiliate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University, NY. He has also completed a special training in Liver diseases at The Columbia University Medical Center, NY. He was chosen for the Sheba Warman award being 'the best intern of the year' in 2005. He was presented the chairman's award after his 3rd year of residency training and was selected as the Chief resident. He has received exceptional leadership award in 2008. He is married and has three little girls. He enjoys playing soccer, Golf and cricket in his leisure time.Dr. Mujtaba is currently an attending physician and affiliated with Sunrise Hospital and Mountain View Hospital.
