Grace Jye-An Lee, ARNP

Grace Lee, ARNP, is a family nurse practitioner offering evidence-based primary care for adults. Grace loves being able to get to know her patients on a personal level, learning about their family, hobbies and home life. She believes this helps to strengthen the trusted relationship she strives to build with each patient and enables her to better understand their concerns. Grace often serves as her patient's first point of contact when health concerns arise; offering solutions and referring them to other specialties when necessary.

Grace is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Away from work, Grace enjoys hiking, traveling, playing sports and trying new classes and hobbies.
