Heather Morgan, MD

Heather Morgan, MD, is a family medicine physician offering evidence-based, culturally competent primary care for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She is passionate about preventive medicine, and has special medical interests in mental health care and women’s reproductive health services 

Patient-centered care is at the forefront of Dr. Morgan’s practice. She values establishing connections with her patients based on respect, open communication and trust. These connections allow her to strategize together with each patient to develop solutions and lifestyle modifications. She also loves teaching, and hopes to help her patients understand their health conditions and treatment options so that they can make informed decisions about their care.

Away from work, Dr. Morgan enjoys cooking, hiking with her dogs, reading, weightlifting and board games.
