Corey Manson, MD

Corey Manson, MD is a dedicated orthopedic surgeon committed to patient-centered care and shared decision-making. He prioritizes a “less is more” approach, favoring evidence-based, nonoperative solutions whenever possible to help patients achieve their functional goals. A Chattanooga native, Dr. Manson served nearly a decade as a U.S. Navy surgeon, including caring for elite Naval Special Warfare operators. Following an orthopedic trauma fellowship at UAB, he returned home to serve his community. A former collegiate wrestler at Cornell, he brings the same discipline and resilience to surgery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys homesteading, church, coaching wrestling, hunting, and fishing with his family.
