Homa Sadeghian, MD

Homa Sadeghian, MD, is a dual board certified vascular and neurointerventional neurologist and serves as the Director of Neuroendovascular Surgery at CommonSpirit Health – Saint Joseph Hospital – Lexington. She specializes in the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of acute ischemic stroke, cerebral aneurysms, carotid artery disease, intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, AVMs, dAVFs, and other vascular brain and spine conditions. She is highly skilled in advanced endovascular interventions, including mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, flow diversion, and carotid artery stenting. Dr. Sadeghian is dedicated to delivering the most effective and least invasive care, prioritizing patient safety and optimal long term outcomes through multidisciplinary collaboration.
