Irene Grias, DO

Irene Grias, DO, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who offers world-class minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She performs laparoscopic and open procedures but specializes in robotic surgery, including:

  • Robotic hysterectomy
  • Robotic excision of endometriosis
  • Robotic myomectomy
  • Robotic oophorectomy
  • Hysteroscopic procedures

Dr. Grias is proud to be the first in the south sound region to offer Laparoscopic Radiofrequency Ablation (Lap-RFA) to treat uterine fibroids. She performs this at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor

Dr. Grias enjoys getting to know her patients as individuals and tailoring treatment to each woman’s unique needs. A Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG), she is dedicated to caring for women with pelvic pain.
