I believe medical care starts with listening and understanding what matters most to each patient. I want patients to feel informed and involved in decisions about their health, and I place a strong value on patient choice and autonomy.

My role is to provide honest guidance, explain the evidence and available options, and work with each patient to create a plan that fits their goals and their life. Ultimately, I want to help my patients stay healthy and continue doing the things that are meaningful to them.

I chose primary care because I wanted the opportunity to get to know my patients and care for them over time. I find it rewarding to directly help people, whether that means treating an illness, preventing future health problems, or providing reassurance during a difficult time.

I also enjoy learning from my patients and hearing about their lives and experiences. Building those long-term relationships is one of the parts of family medicine I value most.
