Jacob Van Fleet, MD

Jacob Van Fleet, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who partners with his patients to provide them with high-quality, broad-spectrum care. He strives to strengthen the health of the community by caring for those in need. From chronic disease to basic office procedures, from pediatrics to geriatrics, he hopes to build partnerships with individuals in all facets of life. He enjoys getting to know his patients as individuals and families, and he encourages everyone to champion their own health.

Dr. Van Fleet is certified for Medication Assisted Therapy and has completed the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine in Residency Online Program. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, American Society for Addiction Medicine and Kitsap County Medical Society.

Outside of work, Dr. Van Fleet enjoys piano, hiking and intramural sports.
