Jasmin Bui, NP

Jasmin Bui FNP-C's patient care philosophy centers around the belief that optimal healthcare thrives on trust, respect, and enduring relationships, taking a holistic view that includes social, emotional, and environmental influences. As such, Jasmin strives to cultivate a clinical environment where patients, especially those from vulnerable or underserved communities who may have previously encountered barriers to care, feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Jasmin’s aim is to empower her patients, through her collaboration, to make informed decisions about their care and take an active role in managing their health over time. Thus, her comprehensive approach extends beyond acute disease or disorder, emphasizing prevention and wellness promotion over the lifetime.

Jasmin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB). She also holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. In recognition of her dedication, she was honored as a DAISY Award Honoree in 2023 and received a Clinical Excellence Award in Summer 2019. Jasmin earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (BSN-DNP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in August 2025.

She previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2020. Her academic background also includes a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (cum laude) (August 2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Wildlife & Fisheries Science (May 2013) from Texas A&M University. Jasmin began her nursing career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at CommonSpirit - St. Joseph Health in Bryan/College Station, Texas. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

In her free time, Jasmin enjoys spending time with her wife and their furry babies (three dogs and a cat). She also pursues creative and hands-on projects, ranging from building LEGO sets and crafting to tackling small home improvements, and unwinds by watching movies and playing video games. Jasmin is fluent in English, American Sign Language, and Vietnamese.
