I take a whole person approach in my partnership with patients. I love helping patients meet their health and fitness goals. I view medications as a helpful tool when necessary but also love when we can work together to make medication less of a focus in achieving excellent health (when realistic to do so). I have experience in sexual health and management of patients living with HIV. How I stay healthy and happy; Weightlifting, hiking, exploring the PNW, adventuring with my kids
