I became a Pediatrician because I love to watch and help families as they become new parents onto each state of childhood into their teenage years.  Pediatrics allows me to have a very diverse day - from seeing a newborn to a teenage.  I enjoy being in a small community in which I can see my patients at schools, sporting events as well as the grocery store.In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family, watching my girls play soccer, baking and hiking.   I am the co-founder of a non-profit organization, Shark Cove Surf Contest/Fundraiser, that helps raise money for patients with childhood cancer.

I am to provide an individualized approach to caring for your child.  Recognizing that each child is different and learning how to provide the best care for them is the first step.  I try to be as approachable as possible so families feel comfortable asking questions or sharing concerns they may have about their child's health.  I try to be as accommodating as possible with appointments to fit into a family's busy schedule.  I strive to provide the same level of care to your child that I would want for my own child.  Our friendly staff will do all that they can to make your visit as pleasant and efficient as possible.
