Kathryn Pozzi, NP

Kathryn “Katie” Pozzi, NP-C is a family nurse practitioner who earned her masters of science in nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Katie has loved being a registered nurse for 4 years and a nurse practitioner for 12 years with a well rounded experience in cardiac surgery, urgent care, and the last 8 years in the best specialty, women's health. As a nurse practitioner, she is passionate about supporting women's health across the lifespan. She especially enjoys providing well-woman exams, guiding patients in contraceptive care including IUD and implant placement, and helping women feel their best through hormone replacement therapy. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where women feel comfortable, informed, and empowered in making decisions about their health. Katie treasures the time she gets with her husband Chris, their two girls Reese and Emma while exploring the Central Coast of California. Whether they are at the beach, hiking, running, watching rom-coms, or at kids sporting events, she says she cherishes time with her family.
