Katie Swafford-Hartman, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at CHI Memorial Horton Family Medicine Associates. She is dedicated to treating every patient like family. A proud graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Master of Science in Nursing, Katie believes in the power of active listening, shared decision-making, and clear communication to achieve optimal health outcomes. She values the autonomy of her practice and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with individuals in her community, guiding them towards better health throughout their lives. Outside of her rewarding work, Katie enjoys gardening, hunting, cooking, and spending time with her husband Andy and their two German Shepherds, Cash and June.
