Kelly Hortel, FNP

Kelly Hortel, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and her expertise includes liver disease, cirrhosis, and liver transplantation. After obtaining almost twenty years of nursing experience, Kelly obtained her Master's in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University, here in Phoenix, Arizona. As a member of our Liver Disease and Transplant team, Kelly intends to apply her unique patient care philosophy to providing excellent care to our valued patients within Dignity Health Medical Group.
