Kevin R. Sharif, M.D., joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2016. He is board eligible in the field of spinal surgery and received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine as a dean’s list student in 2010.Dr. Sharif completed his orthopedic surgical residency at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine where he was elected Chief Resident consistently scoring among the highest in-training exam scores in the nation.Following residency he completed a combined fellowship in Orthopedic / Neurosurgical adult and pediatric spine surgery at the prestigious Norton Leatherman Spine Center under the direction of Drs. John Dimar, Rolando Puno and Steven Glassman, past-president of the Scoliosis Research Society.Dr. Sharif, a Henderson resident, enjoys physical fitness, outdoor activities, auto mechanics and spending time with his wife and three children.
