Dr. Soe’s medical journey began at the Institute of Medicine I in Rangoon, Burma, where he earned his medical degree. He furthered his academic and clinical training in the United States, completing his Internal Medicine residency at Cornell University and his prestigious fellowship in Oncology and Hematology at the University of California, Davis. Additionally, Dr. Soe holds a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine from Tulane University, a background that informs his holistic approach to patient health and community wellness.
