Dr. (Kolmakova) Hwang earned her medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Reading Hospital/Tower Health in Pennsylvania • She has been honored with a Patient Experience Award for outstanding care and bedside manner and places a high emphasis on educating patients and elevating their medical experience • Dr. Hwang speaks five languages—Russian, Italian, German, Spanish and English—and enjoys learning about other cultures and their traditions ❝ I believe in treating my patients like I would treat my family and friends.
