Marium Khan, MD

Dr. Khan is an internal medicine physician with a passion for improving the quality of her patients' lives. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (F-ACP). She completed her medical education in Karachi, Pakistan, and her internal medicine residency training at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in New York City, where she served as PGY4 Chief Resident and junior faculty. She subsequently served as an internist in Roswell, New Mexico, and as core faculty for an internal medicine residency program in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Dr. Khan began her medical practice in 2017. Her areas of focus include comprehensive internal medicine and weight management, emphasizing treatments that enhance patient well-being and health outcomes. She actively contributes to the academic and research landscape of medicine, having served on the scholastic committee during her residency. Her dedication to community service is reflected in her active membership with the Patient Welfare Association, Karachi.

Beyond her clinical and academic contributions, Dr. Khan's expertise is recognized through her role as a section editor for "Master the Boards - Internal Medicine" by Conrad Fischer. She also served as a medical technical advisor for the film "Aleppo," showcasing her commitment to humanitarian efforts.

Dr. Khan finds the most rewarding aspect of being a physician to be the profound ability to enhance a patient's overall quality of life. Her compassionate approach to care is rooted in the dignity of every individual and aligns with our commitment to improving health and fostering communal well-being. In her personal time, Dr. Khan enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
