Care philosophy: Medicine is not a game in which there are winners and losers, it is about HOW we strive to always be better versions of ourselves. We never know when we may be thrown a curve ball in life that directly impacts our physical, mental, or spiritual health. I view health as a collaborative partnership between a patient and their medical team. A team is crucial for the best care that can be provided to a patient. The wisdom and skills of medical assistants, nurses, front desk workers, and other staff members is pivotal for providing outstanding medical care. 

Why I became a medical provider: I became a medical provider as I saw it as an opportunity to blend my previous career as a science educator with medicine. I love working with the public, implementing a humanistic approach on how to make healthier choices for our lives.
