I have been a nurse for over 10 years and an APRN for more than 4. I have a background in primary care, emergency nursing, CT ICU, and school nursing. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Eastern Kentucky University with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership.

I am an eternal colonel having completed my Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral Nursing Degrees all from Eastern Kentucky University. I am currently completing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification at Western Kentucky University, with a completion date of August 2025.
