Melissa Stipp, APRN

Missy Stipp, APRN, has been a nurse for over 10 years and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for more than 4 years. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Eastern Kentucky University, concentrating on Organizational Leadership, where she also earned her Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master's Nursing degrees. Her diverse background includes primary care, emergency nursing, CT ICU, and school nursing.

As an APRN, Ms. Stipp believes in meeting patients where they are—listening with compassion, treating with respect, and partnering together to achieve better health and wellness. The most rewarding part of her role is the opportunity to truly connect with patients and make a significant difference in their lives and communities, particularly in rural Kentucky where APRNs are vital for increasing access to quality healthcare. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to provide compassionate, holistic care, build long-term relationships, and empower patients to take charge of their health. Ms. Stipp’s philosophy is that exceptional patient care begins with genuine connection, treating each person as a whole, and creating a safe, trusting environment through compassionate communication and evidence-based practice.

Outside of work, Missy is married to her husband, Daniel, of over 15 years, and they have three energetic boys, two dogs, and a lively flock of chickens—along with a couple of turkeys! Their family stays busy with sports, so in their free time, you can usually find them cheering from the sidelines or enjoying time outdoors together.
