Dr. Ayazifar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the George Washington University.

Known by her patients as “Dr. Mitra,” she is an experienced eye physician and surgeon specializing in cataract surgery utilizing the most advanced specialty intraocular lenses (IOLs). She likes to discuss the best IOL option for each individual patient based on their hobbies, interests, and lifestyle needs.
