Monica Rodriguez, MD

Monica C. Rodriguez, MD, FACE, is a Faculty Physician with Dignity Health Medical Group in the department of Internal Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.Dr. Rodriquez earned her bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery, and doctor of medicine degrees from Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Guayaquil in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she was recognized as a First Place Medical Student. She completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. She went on to complete a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

My mission, along with the Dignity Health Medical Group, is to focus on innovative clinical care and the pursuit of excellence through scholarly activities. This allows me to provide patients with state-of-the-art patient services and exceptional patient experiences.
