Nathaniel (Nate) Nelson, DO

Nate Nelson, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician offering patient-centered primary care across the lifespan, from kindergarten onward.

Dr. Nelson believes that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. He also recognizes that each patient is unique, with his or her own circumstances, worries, expectations and goals. Accordingly, he tailors his care to each patient and works in partnership with them to optimize prevention of illness and to improve recovery. His goal is for each patient to be heard, to feel comfortable and confident in his care, and to feel they have a true advocate in an increasingly complex health care world.

Dr. Nelson is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Away from work, he enjoys outdoor recreation with his wife and kids, and participating in endurance running events such as ultramarathons.
