He completed his internship and residency at the George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Kazemi underwent general and advanced interventional cardiology fellowship training, at the George Washington University Hospital, as well. He is board certified in cardiology and interventional cardiology. Dr. Kazemi has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is a Member of the Nevada State Medical Association, and Clark County Medical Society.Dr. Kazemi has been director of Mountain View Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory as well as Head of Interventional Cardiology. He is previous the Chief of Cardiology at Mountain View Hospital. He actively participates in the Cardiac Alert Program at Mountain View hospital, and Summerlin Hospital which is designed to care for patients with heart attacks in emergency situations.He also participated in clinical trial for management of patients with Diabetes and Cardiac disease with Dr. Samer Nakhle, EndocrinologistDr. Kazemi practices general cardiology with special emphasis on coronary and peripheral arterial interventional techniques. He is married, and has two daughters.”
