Onna Lee Klooster, NP

Onna Klooster is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Nursing at South Dakota State University West River Program in Rapid City. After graduation, Onna spent several years as an intensive care nurse at St. Anthony Hospital. She returned to school to further her education and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver. Onna has almost ten year’s nursing experience in both critical and acute care settings. Her personal philosophy is to always serve families with the greatest care and compassion while providing top quality care. Onna enjoys family medicine because it allows her to treat a wide variety of patients. Her specific medical interests include preventative care, integration of alternative therapies, and management of chronic medical issues. When she’s not treating patients, Onna enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. They often enjoy spending time outdoors climbing and hiking. They are also avid travelers and love to explore new places and different cultures.
