Rodolfo B. Protacio, MD

Since 1996, Dr. Protacio has been dedicated to providing patients with personalized care and treatment through his private practice at California Primary Health Care in Glendale.Dr. Protacio graduated from the Manila Central University-College of Medicine in Caloocan City, Rizal, Philippines in 1977. After several years of practicing medicine in the Philippines, Dr. Protacio moved to the US. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Martin Luther King, Jr. Multi-Service Ambulatory Care Center in Los Angeles and has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years in the US and about 40 years in total. He specializes in internal medicine and he received his CA State Medical License in 1991.Dr. Protacio is affiliated with several hospitals including Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health Center. In addition to English, Dr. Protacio also speaks Tagalog and some Spanish.

My mission is to provide preventative care and control of chronic conditions for all the patients that my staff and I serve. I want to make sure that all of our patients understand their health conditions, medications, our plan on how we can further improve their health and the assurance that we will be available to our patients' needs 24/7. We embrace our patients as our family. There is an open line of communication, concern, respect and care.
