Samuel Holmes, MD, is double board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pain management. His goal is to provide comprehensive, integrative, multidisciplinary care to include medication management, interventional procedures, education and guidance to better understand and transcend the complexities of chronic pain. He fully believes the patient-provider relationship is central to this endeavor.
Dr. Holmes is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, and Society of Medical Consultants to the Armed Forces.
Dr. Holmes is the former Chief of the Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center at Madigan Army Medical Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, where he and Dr. Adam Olsson developed and implemented multiple systems and programs of health for service members, retirees, veterans and their family members.
