Sarah Ann Falke, NP

Sarah Falke, NP, is an acute care nurse practitioner at CommonSpirit Plaza Medical Center. Sarah believes in creating a supportive environment that fosters strong provider-patient interactions, and respecting each patient's beliefs, desires, and freedom of choice regarding their health. Sarah earned an associate's degree in Fire Science and Paramedicine and an associate's degree in Nursing from Garden City Community College, a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Fort Hays State University, and a master's in Nursing in Family Practice Medicine from Spring Arbor University. Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys gardening, spending time with her spouse and children, camping, time at the lake, attending baseball and soccer games in Kansas City, and visiting the mountains.
