Savannah Maxey, FNP-BC

Savannah Maxey, FNP-BC, BSN, RN, is a nurse practitioner at CommonSpirit - Neuroscience Institute - Brain and Spine Care. She has more than a decade of specialized experience in neurology and neurosurgery. Born in California and raised in Texas, Savannah found her calling in nursing and medicine through a desire to serve others. Her passion for neuroscience and neurosurgery ignited early in her career, and she has since provided compassionate care to countless patients.

Savannah cherishes her role as a bridge between patients and surgeons, ensuring individuals feel supported and informed every step of their journey. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and is committed to making patients feel comfortable and heard. Outside of her work, Savannah enjoys cooking, hiking, art, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones.
