Scott Schmidt, DO

My philosophy of care as a family medicine physician is centered on building long-term relationships with patients and their families, using lifestyle as the foundation for health. I prioritize nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and social well-being as first-line treatments, while incorporating medications when needed. By focusing on preventive care and sustainable daily habits, I aim to empower patients across all ages to achieve lasting wellness and improved quality of life. I chose to become a physician because I am dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to improve their health through lifestyle medicine. By focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and preventive care, I aim to help patients achieve lasting wellness and prevent chronic diseases through sustainable, healthy habits.
