Sean Devine, MD

“My goal is to “keep you in your game.” I believe in progressive treatment: rehabilitation is the first option, followed by minimally invasive repair or replacement if required, and a coordinated, rapid return to sport/demand.” Dr. Devine specializes in the care of the shoulder, and knee pain. Common conditions treated include rotator cuff tears, and knee ACL. All meniscal tears including root tears and surface cartilage restoration. Patellar and Achilles tendon repair. Strong sub-specialty emphasis on shoulder and knee conditions. He is also the Head Orthopedic Team Physician, Cal Poly Athletics and Team Physician at Cuesta College and Team Physician for Arroyo Grande High School.
