Shiloh Knoy, DNP, ARNP

Shiloh Knoy, DNP, ARNP specializes in caring for patients with heart rhythm concerns. Her career in cardiac care began as a nursing assistant and telemetry technician and continued through roles as a registered nurse in the cardiac ICU, outpatient cardiology, and cardiac catheterization lab. This hands-on experience across many areas of cardiac care continues to shape the way she practices today.

As a nurse practitioner, Shiloh believes excellent care starts with listening. She strives to provide care that is kind, honest, thorough and grounded in helping patients truly understand their health. Heart rhythm concerns can feel overwhelming, and Shiloh wants her patients to know they don’t have to navigate them alone. She works closely with each patient and their health care team to answer questions, explain options clearly, and create a plan that feels manageable and informed.

Shiloh’s Doctor of Nursing Practice project focused on the importance of lifestyle modification in the management of atrial fibrillation. Her work highlighted that treating AFib extends beyond medications and procedures, with modifiable lifestyle factors playing an important role in heart rhythm health and overall well-being. She incorporates this knowledge into patient care by helping patients identify realistic, sustainable changes that complement their medical treatment.

Shiloh is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Heart Rhythm Society.

Outside of work, Shiloh enjoys cooking and baking, knitting, amateur kayaking, and exploring the Olympic Peninsula.
