I enjoy partnering with my patients to address each individual's unique health concerns in a way that is both respectful of and responsive to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. My goal is to create a warm environment where mutual understanding and shared-decision making empower each individual to stay informed while working toward their goals, especially those centered around disease prevention and mental health. To stay healthy and happy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking through the Pacific Northwest with my dog, and exploring a variety of health-conscious cuisines.
