Vanessa's inclusive approach ensures that every patient's unique story is honored, and they are guided toward the healthiest version of themselves, echoing CommonSpirit's mission to improve health and advance social justice for all. Beyond her clinical and academic pursuits, Vanessa is deeply involved in extracurricular activities, serving as the Diversity Chair for the Student Society Class of 2025 at Texas Tech. This role highlights her commitment to fostering a welcoming and equitable environment, aligning seamlessly with CommonSpirit's value of inclusion. She maintains certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ensuring she is always prepared to provide the highest quality of care.
