Philosophy of care: I am dedicated to providing care to all my patients the same as I would treat my loved ones.
Why I Became a Medical Provider: The evolution of my career as a provider is rooted in my passion for medicine. My infatuation did not grow until I started practicing as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. I feel privileged to take care of the sickest of the sick. Being able to take care of a patient during probably the most vulnerable part of their lives pushes me to be a provider and to be able to help my patients in ways that go above and beyond.
During my career in the field, I learned that instilling faith and hope by being authentically present to a patient provides a transpersonal caring relationship. I have understood there are different perspectives, and realizing that there is a bigger picture or a different view creates the ability to gain understanding and insight. Hence, I believe listening to my patients, and their families allows me to learn and grow as a provider. I also consider respect as one of the most relevant components of being a provider. I'm committed to giving each and every one of my patients the best care possible.
Personal Interests and Hobbies: I like to spend time with my family at the beach or at home. I also enjoy swimming, cooking and travelling new places.
