Zahid B M Niazi, MD

Dr Niazi is Board certified in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He has completed numerous Fellowships and remains in good standing with the National and International organizations. He has over 150 publications including articles and book chapters on scientific research and clinical practice. He has lectured at National and International scientific meetings. He has taught medical students and plastic surgery residents and has held faculty position as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery as well Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology. He has numerous technical innovations to his credit. He has held numerous positions including: Chairman of Medical Education, Chairman of Department of Surgery, Chairman of Quality, Chief of Craniofacial Surgery, Chief of Microvascular Surgery, Vice Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff. Dr Niazi served as a member of Regional Education Committee for over 10 years and currently serves as a member of the Regional Credentials Committee. Dr Niazi has served as an editor of the Romanian Society of Plasty Surgery Journal and The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and continues to do so to date.
