We offer a full range of lab testing, including chemistry, coagulation, hematology, immunology,  microbiology, serology and special chemistry.

Many tests do require a physician’s order. However, we also offer a variety of self-referral (direct access) lab tests that do not require a doctor's referral. These allow you to take a proactive role in your health by choosing select tests based on your needs.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable) and your physician’s order unless you're coming for a self-referral test. For some tests, fasting or special preparation may be required. Check with the lab ahead of time if you're unsure.

Most tests do not require an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours.

Preparation depends on the test. Some blood tests, like fasting glucose or cholesterol panels, may require fasting for 12-14 hours. Follow your doctor’s instructions for the best results.

Our focus is on standard lab testing. If your doctor orders specialized tests, we can process these for you or guide you to the appropriate facility.

Many standard blood and urine tests are covered by insurance. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.

To ensure accurate and timely results, all laboratory tests must meet specific specimen collection and handling requirements. Our lab provides clear guidelines on specimen types, labeling, storage conditions and transportation procedures to support high-quality diagnostic testing.
