No appointment is necessary. Our walk-in lab welcomes patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply check in during operating hours for prompt service.

 

We’re open until 8 p.m. on weekdays and 4 p.m. on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. For a smooth visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing to allow time for registration.

 

Many tests do require a physician’s order. However, we also offer a variety of self-referral (direct access) lab tests that do not require a doctor's referral. These allow you to take a proactive role in your health by choosing select tests based on your needs.

 

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable) and your physician’s order unless you're coming for a self-referral test. For some tests, fasting or special preparation may be required. Check with the lab ahead of time if you're unsure.

 

To ensure accurate and timely results, all laboratory tests must meet specific specimen collection and handling requirements. Our lab provides clear guidelines on specimen types, labeling, storage conditions and transportation procedures to support high-quality diagnostic testing.
