Choosing the right level of care helps ensure you receive timely and appropriate treatment. Whenever possible, begin with your primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP is familiar with your medical history and can often address your concerns through a virtual visit or a scheduled in-person appointment. Your PCP’s care team can also help determine the most appropriate next step, including whether urgent care is recommended.

If you need same-day care for a non-emergency condition and your PCP is unavailable, urgent care is here to help.
