The BEE (Being Excellent Everyday) Award is awarded monthly and recognizes team members outside of nursing for going above and beyond to care for patients, visitors and each other. Just as the daisy cannot bloom without the support of the bee, nurses cannot do their best work without the outstanding teamwork provided by other health care professionals.
Eligibility: Must be a non-nursing CommonSpirit Health employee.
