CHICAGO (Aug. 5, 2025) – Antoinette Hardy-Waller, MJ, BSN, RN has been appointed Chair of the CommonSpirit Health Board of Stewardship Trustees, effective July 1, 2025. Hardy-Waller succeeds Chris Lowney, who served as Chair from July 1, 2022 until the conclusion of his tenure on June 30, 2025.

"On behalf of the entire CommonSpirit Health team, I am thrilled to announce Ms. Hardy-Waller as our new Board Chair. "I am honored to serve CommonSpirit Health as Board Chair, and committed to upholding our mission,” Hardy-Waller said. “I look forward to working alongside the board, leadership, and our dedicated staff to further strengthen CommonSpirit Health and its impact on the communities we serve."
