CommonSpirit Skilled-Nursing Facilities Earn Top Ratings

Four CommonSpirit skilled-nursing facilities earned 2026 U.S. News Best Nursing Homes honors, reflecting top performance in quality care and patient outcomes.

Four CommonSpirit Health skilled-nursing facilities (SNFs) earned the highest  possible rating in the U.S. News & World Report 2026 Best Nursing Homes ratings. Only 19% of almost 15,000 skilled nursing facilities rated by U.S. News made the list.

To be recognized as one of the 2025 U.S. News Best Nursing Homes, a facility must be “High Performing” in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or both. The Short-Term ratings are based on an assessment of nine quality measures, using data from the federal government’s Care Compare program. Those measures include staffing levels, medical outcomes and resident complaints. Similarly, the Long-Term ratings are based on an assessment of eight quality measures, including staffing, medical outcomes, resident complaints, vaccinations and appropriate use of medications.
