Dr. Nicole Caton Joins Family Medicine - Ooltewah

CHATTANOOGA, TN (January 16, 2026) - CommonSpirit Memorial Medical Group is pleased to announce Nicole (Nikki) Caton, DO, MPH, has joined CommonSpirit Medical Group - Family Medicine - Ooltewah (formerly CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Ooltewah).   Dr. Caton earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine from University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth.  She completed the University of Tennessee’s family medicine residency at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.   Dr. Caton also holds a master's degree in public health from University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth.  She has four years’ experience caring for patients in a primary care clinic and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. 

Dr. Caton joins William T. Bates, III, DO, Mark Crago, MD, PhD, Kent Grotefendt, MD, Allen Sherwood, MD, David Winters, DO, Alie Geren, NP-C, Cynthia Shaffer, NP-C and Joel Smith, NP-C, at CommonSpirit Medical Group - Family Medicine - Ooltewah.  

The practice is located at 6401 Mountain View Road, Suite 109, Ooltewah, TN 37363.  Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday  8 a.m. - noon.  To schedule an appointment, call (423) 495-5951.  Dr. Caton welcomes new patients.  Same day appointments and video visits are available.
