Dr. Troy Jensen Joins CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates

CHATTANOOGA, TN (October 7, 2025) - CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to welcome Troy Jensen, DO, to CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Ringgold.  Dr. Jensen earned his medical degree from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.  He completed a family medicine residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.  

Dr. Jensen joins Michael Dant, MD; David Denman, MD; Christopher Greene, MD; Breanne Hunley, DO; Katherine McClellan, MD; Gracie Murray, DO; Rhona Curtsinger, AGPCNP-BC;  Stephanie Johnson, FNP-BC; Sherry Ray, FNP-BC; Gene Marie Record, AGPCNP-BC, WHNP-BC; Erin Simpson, FNP and Susie Woods, FNP-BC, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Ringgold.  

The practice is located at CHI Memorial Parkway, 4700 Battlefield Parkway, Suite 200, Ringgold, GA 30736.  The clinic hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday.
