Kristina Welden, FNP-BC, Joins CommonSpirit Medical Group

CHATTANOOGA, TN (January 26, 2026) - CommonSpirit Medical Group is pleased to welcome Kristina Welden, FNP-BC,to CommonSpirit Medical Group - Family Medicine - Trenton (formerly CHI Memorial Family Medicine Associates). Welden earned a bachelor’s in nursing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama and a master’s in nursing from University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has almost 15 years of experience caring for patients in hospital and clinic settings.

Welden joins Amanda Smith, FNP-BC, at CommonSpirit Medical Group - Family Medicine - Trenton. The clinic is located at 12978 North Main Street in Trenton, Georgia. Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Friday.
