LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 10, 2026) – Saint Joseph Health Foundations joined LBX Company’s Pink-Belt Luncheon on Tuesday to accept a check for proceeds from the auction of the Pink-Belt excavator earlier this year. Since 2012, LBX Company has partnered with Saint Joseph Health Foundations to support breast cancer awareness through the Pink-Belt, a traveling 15.2-metric-ton Link-Belt 145 X4 excavator that tours the nation every year before its auction to raise awareness and support the fight against breast cancer.
This year, the Pink-Belt sold for $220,000 to Randy Gallegos of Rasmussen Equipment at the ConExpo 2026 in Las Vegas. Proceeds from Pink-Belt’s auction and additional donations totaled $233,300. These funds will be split between Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Of the total funding, $116,650 will benefit the Yes, Mamm! program, which provides free breast cancer screenings to uninsured and underinsured patients in Kentucky.
Eric Sauvage, President and CEO of LBX Company, and other leaders with the equipment manufacturer presented the check for $116,500 to representatives with Saint Joseph Health and Saint Joseph Health Foundations at the luncheon event.
“The commitment that LBX has made to helping women gain screening for breast cancer has been transformative,” said Delaine Thiel, CFRE, Vice President of Philanthropy, Saint Joseph Health Foundations. “Our Yes, Mamm! program is essential to providing comprehensive services to cancer patients and survivors, and LBX’s generosity is important in our ability to continue delivering this life-changing assistance.”
The Yes, Mamm! program was established more than a decade ago by Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation to provide no-cost mammography screening, diagnostic services and support to the uninsured and underinsured. Following the success of Yes, Mamm!, the Yes, Cerv! program launched in 2021 with the goal of preventing cervical cancer through awareness, vaccination, screenings and treatment at no cost to eligible women. Since its inception, the Yes, Mamm! Yes, Cerv! program has collectively helped provide over 10,000 total patient visits, 7,000 screenings, 2,000 ultrasounds, biopsies and MRIs, and many additional resources to support patients with breast or cervical cancer.
