Pay your St. Luke’s Health bill easily and securely

We offer several simple and secure options to pay your medical bill, whether you prefer to handle it online, by phone, by mail or in person. Choose the method that works best for you and your schedule.

• Patient portal: Beginning June 28, 2025, you can use our new patient portal to pay for services received both before and after this date. This option is not currently available for services provided at Brazosport Hospital or Patients Medical Center.
• By mail: Send a check using the payment address listed on your billing statement.
• In person: Visit the facility where you received care to pay directly at the front desk or billing office.
• By phone: Call the phone number listed on your billing statement to make a payment over the phone.
