CommonSpirit Health brings together leading providers across the country. You may recognize our local names — such as CHI Health, Dignity Health or Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. While our names vary by region, our commitment to humankindness and high-quality care remains the same.

Once your appointment is scheduled, follow these three steps to ensure a smooth visit:

  1. Watch for your confirmation: You will receive an email, text message or phone call confirming your date, time and location.

  2. Complete eCheck-In: Log in to your patient portal before your visit. You can update your insurance, sign consent forms and pay copays from your phone or computer. 
  3. Arrive and Check-In: If you completed eCheck-In, simply let the front desk know you have arrived. This reduces your time in the waiting room and gets you to your provider faster.

 

You can schedule an appointment with a CommonSpirit provider in three ways: 

  • Online through our provider directory (online booking is available 24/7 for primary care and many specialty services).

  • Through your secure patient portal (such as MyChart)

  • By calling your local clinic directly.

Yes, new patients can easily schedule appointments online. To begin, use the Find a Doctor tool to search for a provider by specialty. Be sure to filter the results by selecting Accepting new patients and Schedule online.

Because CommonSpirit is a national network, scheduling phone numbers are specific to each region and clinic. To find the correct number, use our Find a Location tool to see the direct office line for your local provider.

We accept most insurance plans to ensure you have access to the care you need. Coverage details may vary depending on your location. Please contact your insurance company, clinic or the hospital where you receive care. Your health and peace of mind are our priority. We’re here to help every step of the way.
