Joicy Lu is an accomplished finance leader with 15+ years of diverse experience in strategic finance, M&A, Divestitures and Joint Ventures and supports financial due diligence for CommonSpirit Venture investments. Before joining CommonSpirit Health in 2015, Joicy has an extensive financial consulting background as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Deloitte where she advised clients on asset valuations and fairness opinions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Joicy holds a BA in English & International Studies, a MA in TV/Radio and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is also an award-winning international news journalist and brings a global perspective to the transaction and financial landscape.
