J. David Schillen, MD

I treat each patient as I would my own family member. For me, the most rewarding part of being a clinician is helping patients overcome injuries or musculoskeletal disabilities so they can safely return to the sports and activities they love.I have been a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon in the Redding community for the past 20 years. During this time, I have served as the team physician for Shasta College and provided orthopedic care for Simpson College, most of our local high schools, and the Redding Rodeo. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to live in Redding and serve our wonderful community.
